We reimagined this suburban spec home as a modern, high-performance residence through an interior remodel and kitchen addition completed in collaboration with LTB-a. Designed to bring a more refined feel to the home, the project centered on creating a kitchen that performs beautifully while supporting the way the clients live every day.

Alongside the architectural transformation, we integrated a non-local designer and cabinet company while maintaining clarity, coordination, and momentum throughout the process. Performance was a key part of the build, with a rain screen exterior cladding system, continuous insulation, a conditioned crawlspace, and high-performance windows and doors all contributing to long-term thermal comfort. The result is a thoughtful, modern update delivered on time and on budget.
