We gave this outdated tri-level foothills home a complete interior renovation centered on openness, light, and everyday livability. The kitchen became a focal point of the transformation, with multiple skylights introduced to brighten the home and bring a stronger connection to daylight throughout the interior.

A key design challenge was raising ceiling heights enough to create a more open feel while still maintaining thermal comfort. High-performance windows, doors, and skylights, paired with updated insulation, supported that balance in a meaningful way. The result is a home that feels lighter, clearer, and more usable, with a renewed sense of space that changes the way it lives.
