We completed this 5,000-square-foot high-performance mountain home. We built with an ICF foundation and exterior walls, a rain screen cladding system, WUI compliant exterior, continuous insulation, a vapor open air barrier, and high-performance windows and doors. An Energy Recovery Ventilator was included to provide filtered fresh air with radiant heated floors for further thermal efficiency, resulting in a home defined by performance, control.
