Superintendent

Primary Responsibilities

Manage the construction and completion of residential renovations and custom new builds within the desired time frames and standards

Schedule and oversee all construction related activities on multiple projects

Complete general jobsite paperwork (daily logs, photos, schedule updates, etc.)

Coordinate and direct all subcontractors to ensure workflow of project is efficient and quality standards are met

Maintain a safe and clean jobsite at ALL times

Schedule and interact with local governing jurisdiction to complete all required building inspections and obtain final Certificate of Occupancies

Qualifications

Required 
```

Minimum of 3-5 years of related experience (including scheduling, ordering, field supervision, quality control, and production of all phases of residential construction)

Thorough knowledge of all trades 
```

Excellent organizational skills 
```

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)

High School Diploma or GED Certificate

Ability to lift 50lbs 
```
