Position Overview
We’re looking for an experienced Residential Construction Superintendent to oversee day-to-day field operations on our homebuilding projects. This role is responsible for managing subcontractors, maintaining schedules, ensuring quality standards, and keeping projects on track from groundbreaking to final walkthrough.

Key Responsibilities
•	Manage all on-site construction superintendents for residential projects
•	Oversee subcontractors, vendors, and trades
•	Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to company standards
•	Maintain job site safety and enforce compliance with OSHA regulations
•	Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control
•	Collaborate with superintendents, architects, and clients
•	Review and update plans, specifications, complete costing and build schedules
•	Review daily logs and progress reports
•	Oversee inspections and ensure successful pre-construction and project closeouts

Qualifications
•	5+ years of experience  in a residential construction setting or applicable field.
•	Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes
•	Proven ability to manage multiple trades and super intendents while meet deadlines
•	Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
•	Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents
•	Proficiency with construction management software is a plus
•	Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
